In Vietnam, at the time of carrying out the survey, there was no ethics committee applied in the studies of public behavior that were purely observational yet. No approval from research ethics committees was required to accomplish the goals of this study because the survey did not pose significant risks or potential harm to the participants, and the information collected was of a general nature, without delving into sensitive personal topics. During the survey, participants were communicated with and asked to provide their verbal informed consent.
