: The authors submitted the survey protocol to Center of Research for Environment, Energy and Water (CREEW), Kathmandu, Nepal, before the research, followed ethical principles of the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments. As per institutional policy for low-risk, anonymous, and non-interventional research, CREEW confirm no formal approval is needed. The study involved no collection of personally identifiable or sensitive information, and all participants were informed about the nature and purpose of the study. Participation was entirely voluntary.
