: This manuscript is based on research that was included as part of a doctoral thesis titled Optimising management strategies on permanent grassland in the temperate zone in order to increase carbon sequestration, meet yield demands and ensure resilience to future climate change: Evaluations based on long-term simulations (), which was submitted to the Georg August University of Göttingen and is currently under an embargo period until July 2025.
