: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Research Ethics Review Committee of Bule Hora University, Ethiopia. Approval reference: BHU/IRERC/008/2023, December 14, 2023. All procedures involving human participants were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of Bule Hora University and with relevant national and international guidelines and regulations. Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. Participants were clearly informed about the purpose of the study, the voluntary nature of their participation, and that their responses would be used solely for academic purposes.
