: For the household survey we obtained Ethical Clerance Approval from Bule Hora University, Institutional Research Ethics Review Committee (IRERC) with Reference Number BHU/IRERC/019/23. We obtained a signed letter from the Secretary of Bule Hora University IRERC, Dr. Antenh Fikre. Moreover, we certify that the study was performed in accordance with the ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki ethical standards. We obtained informed consent and elucidated the significance of the study to the participants. Following the explanation of the research objective, we collected data in a manner that ensured anonymity.

We informed that the personal history of the research participants, including their name, age, and other identifying details, would not be disclosed in the journal.
