: The survey protocol was submitted to the Aksum University Research, Publication, Ethics, and Dissemination Committee prior to data collection. In accordance with the Aksum University Research and Community Service Guidelines (RCSG), the committee confirmed that formal ethical approval was not required for this type of non-interventional, questionnaire-based research. The objectives of the study were explained to all participants, and informed consent was obtained before participation. Participation was entirely voluntary, and the confidentiality of responses was strictly maintained.
