: To conduct the research ethical clearance was obtained from Dilla university institutional research ethics and review committee (IRERC) and all the producers were applied during conduct the research. The study was approved by IRB board or ethics committee. In hence, the research was performed with accordance of the Guideline. Informed consent was obtained from each participant before the interview and focus group discussion was started. The entire participant said that we will provide right information as long as the finding of the study will benefit us.
