: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of Wollega University, Shambu Campus. Ethical approval was obtained as part of the postgraduate research review process by the Board of Examiners of the relevant graduate program at Shambu Campus. Therefore, this study was carried out in accordance with the ethical guidelines and regulations of Wollega University and the national research ethics standards of Ethiopia. All participants gave their informed consent. They were clearly informed about the study's purpose, methods, and the fact that participation was entirely voluntary. They were also assured of confidentiality and anonymity, and were told they could withdraw at any time without facing any repercussions.
