: This study was conducted in accordance with established ethical standards for research involving human participants. It was approved by the Mbarara University Research Ethics Committee (MUST REC-2024-1574) and administrative clearance to conduct the study was obtained from the town clerk, Isingiro Town Council and Isingiro district. All procedures were carried out in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their inclusion in the study. Participants were informed about the purpose of the study, procedures involved, potential risks and benefits, and their right to withdraw at any time without any consequences. Confidentiality and anonymity were strictly maintained throughout the study.
