: Since there was no institutional ethical board available to approve social science research, it was not possible to seek approval from the ethics committee of the Bangladesh Agricultural University Research System (BAURES). Consequently, this study was exempt from needing ethics approval. Verbal informed consent was obtained from all participants, who were thoroughly informed about the objectives of the study, procedures, content of the interview schedule used for data collection, and their rights, including the option to withdraw at any time.
