: The ethical approval for this study was waived by the local Ethics Committee of Mzumbe University through the Directorate of Research, Publication, and Graduate Studies (DRPS). The DRPS issued a letter to the Morogoro Regional Commission seeking permission to conduct the research, which was subsequently granted via a letter sent to the Morogoro Municipal Council. This decision was based on the retrospective nature of the study and the fact that all procedures performed were part of ongoing research and outreach programs in the Morogoro Region conducted by Mzumbe University.

: Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study. All respondents, who signed a consent form before completing the questionnaire.
