: Ethical clearance letters were collected from Ambo University Research and Community Service Directorate and North Shoa Zone administrative oSce to care for the data collectors and researchers. Study participants were informed that the clients have the full right to discontinue the study if they lose interest. Hence, all processes of the survey were completed without any obstacles. All participants provided informed consent to participate in this study.
