: All procedures performed in this study involving human participants were following the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Before conducting this research the households were awered about the study to be conducted and they participate based on their interest to respond the survey questions and they treated with respect regardless of race, gender, religion and ethicinity group, and the procedures, methods, and Questionnaires used in this study were evaluated by Haramaya University’s research committee and board of examiners, and lastly, the study was approved. The study enrolled male and female participants who were 18 years of age or older and gave written informed consent before study participation. Participation was entirely optional, and unique codes on the questionnaires protected the respondents’ privacy. The approved protocol, as well as national and international research rules and regulations, were followed in the conduct of the study.
