: The study was completed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. The protocol of this study was approved by Haramaya University, Department of Rural Development and Agricultural Innovation (RDAI), according to reference number RDAE/03/261/2014 on the date of 27/05/2023 and certify that the study was performed in accordance with the ethical standard as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable standards.

: Free, prior and informed consent was obtained from the households, group discussants, and key informants before data collection in conformity with anonymity wants for the study participants. Participants were informed about the objectives of this study and informed that results from the study will be employed for research purposes strictly. Participants were further informed that they had a right to withdraw at any time. The study design assured ample protection of participants, and neither clinical data about patients nor the configuration itself was a clinical trial.
