: Ethical approval was granted by the Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH) research ethics committee (Permit No. CST00000653-2024-2024-00791). The COSTECH has its own national ethics committee which approves all types of research conducted in Tanzania including those not involving human participants such as surveys. Therefore, methodology and research questionnaire in this study was approved by the COSTECH ethics committee.
