: This study involved survey-based research with farmers and did not involve any clinical trials, human experimentation, or animal studies. All procedures were performed in accordance with the ICAR-IARI Institutional Ethical Standards for Social Science Research involving Human Participants. The study also followed the general ethical principles outlined in the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) National Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical and Health Research Involving Human Participants (2017) to ensure informed consent, confidentiality, and voluntary participation. Prior informed consent was obtained from all participants involved in the household survey. Participation was voluntary, and respondents were assured that their data would be kept confidential and used solely for academic and research purposes.
