: Not applicable. This study did not involve human or animal experimentation requiring formal institutional ethical approval. However, all on-farm participatory evaluations were conducted in accordance with the institutional guidelines of the Sekota Dryland Agricultural Research Center (SDARC). Taxonomic identification of Becium grandiflorum was performed by the relevant taxonomist, and a voucher specimen (WG-SD-2018) is deposited at the SDARC Herbarium. Prior informed consent was obtained from all participating farmers and members of the Farmer Research Groups (FREGs) involved in the study. Participation was fully voluntary, and respondents were informed about the purpose of the study before data collection.
