: The study was conducted according to the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Ethics Committee at the University of Dodoma (UDOM). Additionally, I obtained permission from each village, respecting local culture and beliefs. Throughout the data collection process, all respondents were briefed on the study's objectives and asked for their willingness to participate. Every respondent agreed, and assurance of anonymity was provided.
