: Ethical review and approval were waived by Takoradi Technical University (TTU) Research Ethics Committee for the study. This was due to anonymity of interviewees and also no sensitive data were collected. All procedures for data collection were treated with confidentiality according to TTU’s Declaration on ethics. Informed consent was sought from all individual participants (respondents) included in the study. They were informed that the survey was anonymous and that participation was voluntary.
