: The experimental protocols and procedures undertaken during the course of this research were duly reviewed and approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of the Department of Sociology, University of Kashmir. All methods followed in this study were conducted in accordance with the applicable ethical guidelines and regulations laid down by the University of Kashmir and other relevant academic standards. The study involved human subjects who were encouraged to participate freely and informed consent was obtained from for interviews, audio recordings and publication. The research process meticulously maintained the confidentiality of participant information and ensured their right to withdraw at any point.
