: This study methods and approaches were conducted in line and clearance of the ethical and research guidelines of Mulungushi University Postgraduate and Research Directorate. The study protocol was reviewed and approved by an ad hoc Research Committee under the Mulungushi University Research and Postgraduate Directorate. All participants provided their informed consent before participating in the surveys, focus group discussions and community meetings.
