: Ethical considerations were central to this study, prioritising participant integrity and respect. All adult participants provided written informed consent, ensuring they understood the study’s aims, methods, and their unconditional right to withdraw (Alston, 2020). Compliance with the ethical guidelines of Women’s University in Africa (WUA) was ensured, and ethical approval for this research was obtained from the university’s departmental ethics committee. Following ethical standards and the guidelines of Creswell and Creswell (2017), permission was granted by We Act for Her (WAFH) to access the research site and participants.
