: This study did not involve any clinical or medical procedures and therefore did not require formal ethical approval from an institutional review board. However, formal permission for conducting the research was obtained from the first author’s professional institution, Manikganj SK Government Girls’ High School . The study was carried out in accordance with the general ethical principles of educational and social science research, ensuring transparency, integrity, and respect for all participants. The audio recordings and transcriptions of each interview have been securely preserved for future reference and research transparency. All participants were informed in detail about the objectives, procedures, and voluntary nature of the study. They were assured of confidentiality and anonymity, and informed verbal consent was obtained prior to all interviews and focus group discussions. Participants were also reminded of their right to withdraw from the study at any stage without any penalty or consequence.
: Participants were informed that the research findings would be published for academic purposes. They provided consent for the anonymous use of their responses and experiences in scholarly publications. All identifying information has been removed or altered to ensure complete confidentiality and adherence to ethical research standards.
