: Ethical standards were strictly observed throughout the research process, with approval obtained from the Research Affairs Directorate of the Ethiopian Civil Service University, which also waived the requirement for seeking ethical clearance from any other body, prior to commencing data collection. The research protocol was approved by the university research council in accordance with the Ethiopian Civil Service University Senate Legislation, December 2023. The goal of the study, the nature of their participation, and their freedom to refuse or withdraw at any time without facing repercussions were all explained to the participants. Furthermore, anonymity was maintained by removing personal identifiers, obtaining informed consent before data collection, obtaining oral agreement for audio recordings, and securely archiving all data. Every participant gave their free consent to participate in the research.
