: The Institutional Research Ethics Review Committee (IRERC) at Debre Tabor University has given the study ethical approval (Ref No. DTU/Rp/366/17). This study was conducted in accordance with the guidelines provided by the IRERC of Debre Tabor University. Before data collection began, the consent letter written by Debre Tabor University was given to study participants. The research’s purpose and procedures were clearly explained. Researchers informed participants that the research posed no physical, psychological, or social harm to them. Informed consent was gained from all participants. Anonymity and confidentiality were upheld throughout the research process.
