: The study “Digital Transformation Maturity in Ethiopia’s Priority Sectors” was conducted at Policy Studies Institute by Fikirte Zemene, Abebe Belay, Tewodros Getinet, Chimdo Anchala and Getahun Wassie. The research was carried out in accordance with the institution’s established research protocols and ethical guidelines that governed research involving human participants at the time. All procedures were observed, including the ethical research standards and oversight mechanisms in place at the institution during the period of the study. The protocol was approved by Policy Studies Institute’s Internal Research Ethics Review Committee (PSI -IRERC) by the protocol number PSI/0687/25. Evidence of ethical clearance certificate has been also attached with this submission. The authors abide by all the ethics involved in this research and have not submitted it to any other journal.

: Informed consent was obtained from every participant, who were clearly informed about the anonymous nature of the study and assured that their participation was entirely voluntary. We confirm that consent to participate and consent to publish were obtained from all participants.
