: The Health Research Ethics Committee of University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital Ituku Ozalla, Enugu, Nigeria provided the ethical approval for the study. (Approval number, NHREC105/01/2008B-FW00002458-IRB0000223/UNTH/HREC/2023/12/819). Approval for the study was also obtained from the Management of the four universities included in the study.
