: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki (2013 revision), which guides research involving human participation. Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of the Center for Research and Graduate Studies, KAAF University (IRB-KU/HSS/25/02/19). All participants were fully informed of the study’s purpose, procedure, and the voluntary nature of their participation. Informed consent was obtained from each participant between January 7th and 29th, 2025, prior to data collection. Respondents were assured of anonymity and confidentiality, and participation was entirely voluntary.
