: This survey study was approved by Wollo university Institutional Research Ethics Review committee with approval Ref. number: IRRC/027/23. The study complied with strict ethical standards and obtained informed consent from the research participants. The ethics committee oversight the study’s execution, making sure that all practices adhered to ethical principles. The study’s integrity and ethical soundness were guaranteed by strict adherence to ethical standards throughout the research process, which went beyond informed consent. Informed consent was obtained from employees after explanation of the objectives of the study.
