: This study, 'Application of digital technologies and BIM in managing Public Private Partnership projects', has been reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Nigeria Nsukka. The committee has reviewed and determined that the study complies with ethical principles and guidelines for research of this kind involving human participants. The aim of the study is to explore the application of digital technologies and Building Information Modelling (BIM) in managing Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects, with the goal of improving productivity, efficiency and sustainability in the construction industry. The researchers have duly ensured that: Informed consents were properly obtained from all participants before data collection. Participants' personal information and data were kept anonymous, confidential and properly stored away in a secured drive, accessible to only the researchers. The study did not cause discomfort to participants and participants were allowed to skip questions they felt uncomfortable to answer. The benefits and risks of the study were clearly explained to all participants. The study was conducted in accordance with all the principles of integrity, respect for all persons.
