The study was approved by the Graduate School committee of Kenyatta University and National Council for Science and Technology under License Number NACOSTI/P/22/22655.

Consent to participate: Verbal informed consent was obtained from residents in Buruburu and Zimmerman prior to the interview while in Garden estate consent was acquired by them participating since there was a request to participate in the online questionnaire before filling the questionnaire. All participants were aged above 18 years.
