: This study did not involve clinical trials, human experimentation, or the collection of biological samples. However, the research involved interviews and field observations, and consequently adhered to the ethical standards and protocols of the Humanities and Social Sciences Research Ethics Committee (HuSSREC) at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. The Committee reviewed the study protocol and granted a waiver of formal approval, in accordance with the ethical guidelines and regulations of the University.
: All participants were informed about the purpose of the study and their rights to confidentiality and voluntary withdrawal. Both verbal and written consent were obtained from each participant prior to the interviews.
