: The study was conducted after getting approval from the Interim Institutional Review Board of the Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan [Ref. No. REBH/Approval/2021/072 30th June 2021]. As it was a registry based study informed consent waiver was granted.
