: The Lebanese International University (LIU) evaluated this work. The protocol was approved by the ethics committee of the Lebanese International University, LIU, Sanaa-Yemen, under reference number 70/2024, The procedures used in this study adhere to the tenets of the Declaration of Yemen. The study's objective was effectively communicated to all relevant parties, including LIU, Alsabeen Hospital, and the Hospital healthcare team. The study obtained verbal consent before commencement, agreeing to maintain patient information privacy. The rights of the respondents' parents to be interviewed were duly acknowledged. The study was purely observational with no intervention, so there was no risk to the patients. Hence, only a verbal consent form from the parent or legal guardian, along with the patient file administrator of the child, was necessary for study inclusion. The study was carried out using the LIU and Alsabeen Hospital declaration.
