: This study was approved and accorded ethical clearance by the Sierra Leone Ethics and Scientific Review Committee (SLESRC No. 003/09/20022). Informed written and verbal consent was obtained from all participants before they participated in the study in adherence to established ethical principles and protocols. The participants were informed about the purpose and intended use of the data collected in a clear manner. Stringent measures were implemented to ensure the proper storage and management of the collected data. All methods were carried out per relevant norms, guidelines and regulations of the Sierra Leone Ethics and Scientific Review Committee.
