: Ethical clearance was obtained from Wolaita Sodo University Ethical review board with reference number CRCSOO8/12/16, according to the standardized principle and procedure, which is in line with national and WHO guidelines. All methods in this case report were carried out in accordance with relevant national and international ethical guidelines and regulations. Information sheet and consent form were delivered and the study participant was asked if he is willing to participate before conducting the interview and informed consent was obtained from the participant. Informed consent for an illiterate participant was obtained from their parents and/or their legal guardian(s). Data was kept confidential and anonymous throughout the study.
