: The Jigjiga University ethical approval committee, with reference number RERC/058/2023, approved this study and the study was conducted in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Due to retrospective nature of the study Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Jigjiga University, waived the need of obtaining informed consent. The data used in the current investigation were secondary, and in the data collection procedures, only the ID number of patients and important variables related to the current investigation were given to researchers. The study adhered to the guiding principles of the Declaration of Helsinki, emphasizing ethical conduct and participant protection.
