: The study protocols were submitted to and subsequently reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board, Research and Development, KATH (KATH.IRB/AP/007A/20). The requirement for informed consent was waived by KATH IRB ethics committee. Our study protocol conformed to the provisions of the Declaration of Helsinki in 1975 (as revised in Brazil 2013) including confidentiality, risks and benefits assessments. The data extracted did not have any personal identifiers such as name which could be used by a third party to trace information to the patient. All data were de-identified after the data extraction to ensure data anonymity.
