: The research was approved by the Ethics Committee for Research Involving Human Beings (REC) at UFAM, under the general protocol number CAAE 21385419.9.0000.5020 and final protocol number 3,613,628, respectively, the study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards set forth in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The Ethics Committee for Research Involving Human Beings (REC) at UFAM granted a waiver of the requirement for freely given, informed consent, based on the justification that the laboratory does not maintain direct contact with patients. All participant data was kept confidential, with appropriate measures taken to ensure the protection of personal information. Furthermore, the use of pathology slides does not require informed consent, in accordance with the journal’s policies and ethical guidelines, as no identifiable patient information was involved.
