The patient was informed about the study’s objectives, the nature of the surgical procedure, and potential benefits and risks. She was provided with comprehensive information about the condition, treatment options, and associated risks. Participant was assured of the confidentiality of her personal data and her right to withdraw from the study at any time without any consequence.

: Written informed consent for publication was obtained from the patient for the use of her anonymised clinical data, surgical photographs, imaging studies and follow-up outcomes in this manuscript and future research publications and presentations. The patient understands that her data will be de-identified to protect her privacy and confidentiality.
