: The study complies with institutional guidelines and received ethical approval from Addis Ababa University and underwent ethical clearance by the Animal Research Ethical Review Committee (Ref.No.VM/ERC/04/30/16/2024) prior to collecting fecal samples from animals and conducting Anthelmintic efficacy test on live animal. The study’s objectives and procedures were clearly communicated to equine owners and farmers, ensuring they fully understood their voluntary participation. Prior to initiating the research, verbal informed consent was obtained from each participant.
: All participants of this study have given their consent for the publication of this manuscript. This consent was taken during sample collection along with voluntary and other possible side effect consents prior to sample collection.
