: The study received ethical approval from the Ethics Committee of Ambo University (Ref. No. RCSTTVD/0015/24). This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the Ethics Committee of Ambo University and in line with relevant national guidelines and the Declaration of Helsinki. Verbal informed consent was obtained from all respondents before data collection, and they were fully briefed on the objectives of the study. Respondents were informed of their right to refuse participation or withdraw at any time without any consequences. Confidentiality was strictly maintained throughout the study. All collected data were securely stored in a locked cabinet to maintain privacy.
