: All experimental protocols were approved by the Ethics Committee of Instituto Evandro Chagas (Protocol Nº. 179.524). This study was conducted exclusively using established commercial cell lines. The B103 cell line (rat neuroblastoma) was purchased from AddexBio (Cat. # C0005003) and the C6 cell line (rat glioma) was purchased from the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC) (Cat. # CCL-107). All cell lines were authenticated by the suppliers and routinely tested for mycoplasma contamination.
