: The collection of fresh leaves of Azadirachta indica (neem) used in this study adhered to all applicable Nigerian federal and Ekiti State guidelines for plant collection and research. The plant material was sourced from a reputable farm plantation in Ekiti State, ensuring sustainable cultivation practices and minimizing any impact on wild populations. As cultivated neem leaves are readily available, no specific permissions or licenses were required for their collection in this context. However, this study was conducted with a strong commitment to ethical considerations and environmental responsibility. Collection methods were non-destructive, focusing on harvesting mature leaves while leaving the plants intact to support their long-term health and productivity.
