: Ethical approval (Memo No: - CMSDH/IEC/142/09-2019 Dated: − 21/09/19) to perform the study was obtained from the Institutional Ethical Committee of the College of Medicine Sagore Dutta Hospital with registration number: - ECR/1210/INST/WB/2019. Research was conducted according to the ‘ National Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical and Health Research Involving Human Participants’ by the Indian Council of Medical Research, India. All the participants included in the study were properly counseled, and signed informed consent, as approved by the IEC was obtained.
