Ethical consideration and informed consent: Ethical approval was sought from the Research Ethics Committee of the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS) with ethical clearance (UHAS-REC A3[4] 24–25) on 20th February 2025, and permission was also obtained from the Dean of the School of Nursing and Midwifery.
