: The plant sample ( Bombax costatum ) was collected with the informed verbal consent of the landowner, Mallam Ahmadu Dauda, who owns the land adjacent to the roadside from which the sample was taken. The collected plant sample was Bombax costatum a commonly occurring species in that area. Not applicable. This study is an invitro study and did not involve experiments on humans or animals.
