: The collection of Cymbopogon citratus and Artemisia dubia leaves was conducted on privately cultivated farmland with the landowner’s consent, in full compliance with national guidelines, including the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) and International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) policy. Since Cymbopogon citratus and Artemisia dubia are not endangered or protected species in Nepal, and the sampling was performed solely for academic research purposes, no special government permit was required.
