: The stevia used in the study comply with relevant institutional, national, and international guidelines and legislation owned by the Agricultural Research Center (ARC). ARC encompassed the two institutions of the Agricultural Genetic Engineering Research Institute (AGERI) and the Sugar Crops Research Institute (SCRI). AGERI hosted the experiments. The stevia (<i>Stevia rebaudiana</i>) genotypes, used in this study, are not species at risk of extinction nor belong to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) red list index of threatened species or the endangered species of wild fauna and flora. Therefore, the plants comply with the ARC, national, and IUCN guidelines.
