: Plant material has been collected from a variety of Lilium plants already declared by the Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI). It was grown in the greenhouse in a proper environment as per the worldwide Lilium growing protocol. As a scientist at (BARI) and the head of the Biotechnology Division, the first author is fully authorized to collect and study this material. All the guidelines were followed as per the institutional research ethics and no license/permission is required to collect the plant material from the institution’s varieties for research or study purposes.
